The first four Ascension Attitudes are collectively called a First Sphere and they are taught in a weekend format. During the weekend we alternate with lectures and practice using the Attitudes. This creates the opportunity to have intellectual understanding while gaining direct personal experience as well. The students will have the opportunity to ask questions and get feedback from the teachers.
Usually the schedule for the weekend is on Friday 7pm-10pm and Saturday and Sunday are from 10am-5pm.
On Friday you get the Praise Attitude and you learn how to Ascend.
On Saturday you learn the mechanics of Ascension and get the Gratitude and Love Attitudes.
On Sunday you will receive the Cognition technique and learn about the seven states of consciousness.

How you create your life and your body
How to overcome victim consciousness
The course fee varies a little and is set by the teachers, that teach the course. Once you have learned to Ascend you can audit the future courses for free. Usually the courses have new students and auditors which creates interesting dynamics for learning for all participants.
The First Sphere gives you everything you need in order to integrate the practice of Ascension into your daily life. It is a truly transformative weekend to experience.
Ensimmäiset neljä Ascension tekniikkaa muodostavat kokonaisuuden, jota kutsutaan nimellä Ensimmäinen Sfääri ja ne opetetaan viikonloppukurssin muodossa. Viikonlopun aikana opetus vaihtelee luentojen ja Ascensoimisen harjoittamisen välillä. Tämä antaa mahdollisuuden harjoitella uusia tekniikoita samalla kun ne opitaan. Oppilaat voivat esittää myös kysymyksiä ja saada palautetta kokemuksistaan opettajilta.
Viikonloppukurssin aikataulu on perjantaina 19-22 ja lauantaina sekä sunnuntaina 10-17.
Perjantai-iltana saat Ylistys Ascension Asenteen ja opit Ascensoimaan.
Lauantaina käydään läpi Ascensoimisen mekaniikkaa ja saat Kiitollisuus ja Rakkaus Asenteet.
Sunnuntaina saat Kognitio tekniikan ja keskustelemme seitsemästä tietoisuudentasosta.
Viikonloppuna käsitellään myös seuraavia aiheita:
Valinta ja sen voima
Elämäsi ja kehosi luominen
Uhrista luojaksi
Kurssin hinta vaihtelee jonkin verran ja sen määrittelevät kurssin pitävät opettajat. Kurssin käytyään voi tulla kertaamaan viikonloppukursseja ilmaiseksi milloin tahansa. Usein kursseilla onkin sekä uusia oppilaita että kertaajia.
Ensimmäinen Sfääri antaa tekniikat ja riittävän kokemuksen, jonka jälkeen voi alkaa harjoittamaan Ascensionia omassa arjessaan. Viikonloppu on elämän muuttava kokemus.
